WCHR continually searches for viable development projects that address identified housing needs within the community. It collaborates with private and public partners to develop home ownership and rental opportunities in key neighborhood locations.
WCHR owns and manages a wide range of apartments and single rooms that provide families, individuals, and special needs populations with affordable, safe and well-maintained housing choices.
As a Community Development Finance Institution, WCHR's Revolving Community Loan Fund provides home-repair financing for low-income homeowners and others working in low-income neighborhoods throughout Worcester County.
