Landlord Liaison Program
The Landlord Liaison Program is designed to provide outreach to Worcester County landlords to secure rental units for residents accessing the various Housing Vouchers.
The program educates landlords on the benefits of renting to voucher holders and works with landlords to develop a plan to address many issues.
Supports landlords in accessing community resources, available grant funds to complete minor repairs and offers ongoing support to landlords while tenants stabilize housing.
THE PROGRAM PROVIDES LANDLORDS WITH:
Signing bonuses up to $1500 for the first unit and up to $1000 for each additional unit,
Voucher rent guaranteed,
Quick turnaround for unit inspections and lease up,
Problem solving assistance from WCHR as renter stabilizes housing,
Flexible funds to help with unit repairs.
